Refund policy
At Katherine James Jewellery we want you to love everything you receive from us. If you’ve ordered something, thank you! We’re almost certain you’ll love your new piece, it’s not right for you, simply let us know within fourteen (14) days, and you can send it back for a refund or an exchange.
Here’s what to do if you want to take advantage of our fourteen (14) day Return policy:
- Contact us via email at info@kjj.rocks.
- Simply let us know within fourteen (14) days of purchasing that you’d like a refund or exchange.
- We’ll provide you all the details to arrange for the piece to be sent back to the workshop.
- Please note - return postage is paid for by the buyer.
- You can expect a refund within two (2) weeks of us receiving your item back at the workshop, and in many cases it’ll be sooner than that.
- Please note - earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Please note - this policy does not apply to bespoke orders, once a bespoke order is agreed, we are unable to accept cancellation, or offer an exchange or refund. While we will always work as fast as possible on your bespoke order, and will aim to have any bespoke order with you within six (6) weeks, however, due to the nature of bespoke pieces this cannot be guaranteed. If there is an issue with any bespoke order upon delivery, if the size is a little out etc, please let us know within 48hrs of receipt.
- Please note -in the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we will be unable to refund the item until 40 days after the date that it was first posted.
International Returns
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS WILL NEED TO BE CLEARLY MARKED RETURN.
Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
